Product Introduction

The smoke toxicity test device (squirrel cage method) is applicable to the GB/T 20285 "Material Smoke Toxicity Hazard Classification" test standard. The test principle is: the uniform quality of the strip sample is subjected to a constant velocity through a ring furnace with stable heating,using constant velocity moving scanning heating, the constant velocity carrier gas flow blows the flue gas in the quartz tube to obtain a stable flue gas flow, which is sent to an independent squirrel cage, and then the state of the experimental white rat is observed and the test result is judged.

Performance characteristics

1. The test equipment includes a ring furnace, a furnace displacement device, a quartz tube device, a temperature calibration device, a poison box, a rotating cage, a temperature control device, an air flow control device, and a three-way valve.

2. Ring furnace, composed of furnace shell, furnace body, furnace tube and electric heating wire. The inner wall of the furnace tube is the heating surface. The diameter of the furnace tube is 47±1mm, the length is 100±1mm, and the temperature range is not less than room temperature to 1100 degrees.

3. Temperature calibration device, imported Omega K thermocouple with outer diameter of 1mm, welded with 1CR18NI9TI material temperature sensor, and can be connected with computer software to calibrate the temperature rise in the furnace.

4. Japan's Omron temperature control device adopts PID temperature control method, the temperature accuracy in the furnace is better than ±1 degree, the temperature fluctuation is better than ±0.1 degree when stationary, and the temperature fluctuation is better than ±2.5 degrees when moving.

5. Furnace displacement device, the displacement rate of the ring furnace is 10±0.1mm/min, the movable distance is ≥600mm, and the Japanese Panasonic servo motor and PLC control mode are adopted.

6. Quartz tube and quartz boat device. The diameter of the quartz tube is 36±1mm, the wall thickness is 2±0.5mm, and the length is 1100±100mm. The length of the quartz boat is 400mm and the width is 32±1mm.

7. 8. Air flow control device, air drying and purification device, can be used for air cleaning and drying; carrier gas mass flow meter device can digitally display air flow, the range is 0-10L/min, the accuracy is better than 0.1L/min, dilution gas The mass flow meter device can digitally display the air flow, the range is 0-5L/min, and the accuracy is better than 0.1L/min.

9. Automatic control electric three-way ball valve, protection grade IP-65, electric and mechanical double limit, with overheat protection.

10. Taiwan Advantech data acquisition module (self-made single-chip microcomputer modules and boards are not accepted), 1 set of standard test software, which can display the calibration temperature value and curve, test temperature value and curve, and the movement speed and curve of each cage.

11. Optional: mouse movement recording system, using photoelectric switch to monitor the movement state of the mouse cage, and the computer software can display the angular velocity of the cage at each moment.
